1. Twelve annual conferences to lead Imagine No Malaria

   Imagine No Malaria announced today the commitment of 12 United Methodist annual conferences to support the denomination’s effort to end preventable malaria deaths in Africa. The annual conferences are part of the “Vanguard Wave” of the ministry’s effort to raise at least $75 million.

2. Imagine No Malaria showcases success

   On World Malaria Day 2012, Imagine No Malaria is celebrating progress against the mosquito-borne disease and calling for a renewed commitment to end preventable deaths from malaria.

3. United Methodists Meet in Tampa for Worldwide Conference

   Nearly a thousand delegates and an estimated 2,500 visitors will gather at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Fla. April 24-May 4 for the 2012 United Methodist General Conference.
