The York River District Clergy will be meeting monthly, at the following dates and places:
- September 7-8, Eastover Retreat Center (Spring Grove)
- October 13, Bethany (Gloucester Point)
- November 3, Chestnut Memorial (Newport News)
- December 1, St. Luke's (Yorktown)
- Friday, January 6 at 6:30
- Bellamy (Gloucester)
- A fun Epiphany get-together
- Bring finger foods and family
- There will be an auction, you may choose
- to regift or
- purchase something for $10 or less
- proceeds will benefit the Stop Hunger Now packaging event in February

- February 2, Crooks Memorial (Yorktown)
- March 1, Bethany (Gloucester Point)
- May 3, St. Luke's (Yorktown)
- Friday, June 8, Trinity UMC - Smithfield - District Clergy Farewell Dinner
- Please join us as we celebrate those who are moving and those who are retiring from this phase of their ministry.
- 5:30 - 7:30ish gathering, worship, dinner
- Smithfield ham, red potatoes, green beans, garden salad with dressings, rolls, and a choice of desserts; coffee, tea, and water
- Please indicate in the comment field if you prefer the vegetarian option (vegetarian lasagna)

- Sunday, July 8, Locust Grove UMC - District Clergy Welcome Picnic
- Please join us as we welcome those who move on to our District or celebrate those who make ministry changes within the District.
- 4:00-6:30ish gathering, food, and fellowship
- Country Grill pulled pork, pit grilled veggies, and warm potato salad
- Baked beans, coleslaw, hot dogs, watermelon, cookies, and ice cream
- Tea and lemonade

- Needs: portable sound system, cornhole and lawn games
